Flexographic Printing of Labels & Film
With our in-house flexographic capabilities we specialize in pressure sensitive labels and films. Our printing capabilities include up to 8 colors, including UV and 4 color process printing. We can provide labels manufactured on rolls. In addition to a large inventory of commonly converted material resins, we also convert many custom constructions to safely unique film requirements.
Flexography (often abbreviated to flexo) is a form of printing process which utilizes a flexible relief plate. It is essentially a modern version of letterpress which can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate, including plastic, metallic films, cellophane, and paper. It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging (it is also well suited for printing large areas of solid color).
Custom flexible packaging continues to be a major trend. From baked goods and liquids, to powders and pills, flexible film packaging is a practical alternative for sampling and individually packaged items.

Packet - Sachets Printing
